Who Can Qualify for ECO4 LA Flex?

Unlike the standard ECO4 scheme, you don’t need to be on benefits to qualify. If you fall into either category, your council can refer you for a fully funded heating upgrade worth up to £15,000.

Route 1: Low Household Income

Applies to homeowners and private tenants (with landlord’s consent)
Total household income under £31,000 per year
Gross total includes all adults’ earnings (wages, pensions, rental income, benefits)
Property must have a poor EPC rating (E, F, or G)

Route 3: Health & Medical Conditions

Someone in your home suffers from a long-term or severe health condition worsened by cold living conditions.
Eligible medical conditions include:
